Daikon Steak

Daikon can be a main dish



Ingredients

  • Daikon

  • Katsuobushi (bonito flake)

  • Shredded nori seaweed

  • Sesame

  • Ponzu (or soy sauce with mustard, mayonnaise etc..)

Directions

  1. Slice daikon in rounds with 2-3 cm thickness

  2. In a pan, add some oil and sautee both sides of dikon

  3. Sprinkle katsuobushi, nori, sesame and pour ponzu (or soy sauce mustard, mayonnaise, etc... )

Note

  • For crunchy taste, do not sautee too long
