Kenchin ni*
Ingredients
Daikon
Carrot
Tofu
Shiitake, green bean, chikura, etc. optional
Dashi soup (dashi, soy sauce, mirin, sake ...)
Directions
Cut vegetables (cut + in the middle of thick daikon)
Sautee the ingredients first (optional) or boil (add the ones that takes longer to cook)
Add flavor and simmer till tender
Note
*Kenchin ni is a local food of Yamaguchi ken area. Slice the vegetables thin, and add more mirin (or sugar).
