Salmon Cake

Or with any seafood (fresh or canned)



Ingredients

  • salmon (cooked, flakes)

  • onion (finely chopped)

  • egg

  • parsley (finely chopped)

  • bread crumb

  • pickles (if any, chopped finely)

  • mayonnaise

  • mustard

  • flour

  • salt and pepper

  • paprika powder (if any)


Direction

  1. Mix all the ingredients and sautee both sides in a frying pan


Note

  • Convenient to recycle the leftover of the grilled salmon

  • Use crab meat instead of salmon to make "crab cake"
