Salmon Cake
Or with any seafood (fresh or canned)
Ingredients
salmon (cooked, flakes)
onion (finely chopped)
egg
parsley (finely chopped)
bread crumb
pickles (if any, chopped finely)
mayonnaise
mustard
flour
salt and pepper
paprika powder (if any)
Direction
Mix all the ingredients and sautee both sides in a frying pan
Note
Convenient to recycle the leftover of the grilled salmon
Use crab meat instead of salmon to make "crab cake"
