Nira (Japanese chive) and Tamago (Egg)



Ingredients

  • Nira

  • Egg

Directions

  1. Chop nira and sautee lightly

  2. Beat eggs (and add salt & pepper, soy sauce, shio-koji, dashi, etc..)

  3. Pour 2 into nira and sautee briefly

  • Chop and freeze in ziploc
