Story of "Amano Iwato"
Amaterasu, the sun goddess and ancestor of Japan's emperors, hid in a cave after a dispute with her brother, Susano-o, the Storm God. Her absence plunged the world into darkness. The other gods tried to coax her out, but failed. Finally, a female deity performed a lively dance that made the other gods laugh so hard that Amaterasu emerged.
