#33 Koryuji and Myokensha

Yamaguchi Shi, Yamaguchi Ken


This Bonsho (temple bell) at Koryuji temple was donated by Yoshitaka Ouchi to Ouchi clan's temple in 1532. Decorative and detailed, it is one of the symbolic art piece of Ouchi culture. Myokensha (shrine) was enshrined in the precinct of Koryuji as a guardian of Koryuji temple.
