Kappabashi, Japan’s restaurant supply store mecca, is located in Taito Ward between Ueno and Asakusa. At nearly a kilometer long, not counting the side streets, it is considered one of the world’s best in terms of the amount and variety of merchandise available. Many food samples made of wax.
